What’s Covered: Electrical defects, including non-working LED sections, faulty power adapters/plugs, defective wiring upon arrival, or non-responsive remote controllers.
What’s Not Covered: Damage caused by severe weather exposure, water damage to non-waterproof plug adapters, cutting/altering wires, accidental drops, or unauthorized modifications.
If your lights fail to operate properly due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief video/photo for a fast replacement or refund.

LED Lighting & Decorative Electronics Warranty Policy
Coverage Period: 90 Days from date of delivery
1. Scope of Coverage
We warrant that all decorative LED string lights, power components, and remote controls will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under standard domestic and decorative use.
2. What Is Covered:
LED / Circuit Malfunctions: Premature bulb burnouts, flickering circuits, or entire strands failing to illuminate.
Hardware / Remote Failure: Defective remote control receivers, broken mode selector buttons, or faulty plug/adapter connections upon delivery.
In-Transit Damage: Cracked moon/star casings, severed wires, or crushed components occurring during shipping.
3. Exclusions & Limitations:
Water Ingress at Power Source: While the string lights and LEDs are weather-resistant, the power plug/adapter must be protected from direct water exposure. Water damage to the plug is excluded.
Physical & Environmental Damage: Wires damaged by pets, severe storms, wind gusts, cutting, or excessive pulling/stretching during hanging.
Remote Batteries: Depleted standard batteries are considered normal consumable items and are not covered under hardware warranty.
4. How to Submit a Claim
To initiate a replacement or refund claim, please email customer care with your Order Number and a clear photo or short video showing the operating issue. Approved claims are processed within 1–2 business days.
